The good & bad
that God does

God does only what’s right.

But some of his right actions are good,
and some of his right actions are bad.

SOME BAD-YET-RIGHT
THINGS THAT GOD DOES

PAST BAD-YET-RIGHT

In the past, God:

o    Made the universe second class.
,                  Perhaps see later webpage: The design of everything.

o    Ejected Adam & Eve from the garden of Eden.    Gen c3 v23

      o    Flooded the earth.   Gen c6 – c7

      o    Hardened Pharaoh’s heart.    Exo c4 v21
,                  Perhaps by excessively challenging Pharaoh, through Moses;
,                  Pharaoh being very proud.

      o    Harmed the Egyptians (Israel’s slave-masters).    Exo c7 – c11

      o    Killed the Egyptian army.    (Exo c11 – c13)   c14   (c15 – c17)

o    Threatened to kill all Jews except Moses.    Exo c32 v1-14

o    Killed or harmed rebel Israelites.   Num c12    &    c16

      o    Killed Israel’s enemies.    1 Sam c17

o    Killed inhabitants of the land he’d promised to give to Israel.

Num c13 duplicated from earlier   Josh c6 v21

      o    Punished king David
            by killing his son.
2 Sam c11 v1 – c12 v19.

o    Jesus turned tables over at the Temple
            and cursed a fig tree.
Matt c21 v17-22     Mark c11 v11-25

,                  ,                  I reckon Jesus cursed a fig tree
,                  ,                  Matt c21 v19-20     Mark c11 v12-14   &   v20
,                  ,                  because it was like the ‘religious’ leaders
,                  ,                  that he knew he was about to meet.

,                            ,         It was all leaves.  They were all show.
,                  ,         It had no fruit.  They had nothing good to offer.
,                            ,
         Matt c21 v21 – c23 v36     Mark c11 v27 – c12 v40 .

o    The Father allowed the Son to be crucified in our place.
,                  Repeated from earlier on this webpage.

PRESENT BAD-YET-RIGHT

Currently, in this Church Age:

o    There is nothing for me to put here:
God does nothing bad, nothing destructive,
            in this Church Age.

,                  Though perhaps also see half way down third cell
,                  (starting And, even in these New Testament times,)

FUTURE BAD-YET-RIGHT

Perhaps again see earlier section: GOOD & BAD, RIGHT & WRONG.

In the future:

o    At the end of the world
God will send to Hell all those who’ve done evil.
,                  Perhaps see left hand columns
,                  of later webpage:
,                  The two ways God sorts us: Judgment & Forgiveness.

o    At the end of the world
God will send to Hell all those who refuse to believe that,
by way of Jesus’ crucifixion, the Father Forgave us all:
refuse to accept the righteousness that God gave us all
and instead prefer to keep their own righteousness.
