How God
Forgave us all
|
THE GUILT WE
FEEL
|
Guilt is vertical:
is towards God, or a human
authority,
is of the heart/spirit.

Shame is horizontal:
is towards people,
is of the soul.
In this site I write about guilt rather than shame.
See first cell
of earlier section: HEART/SPIRIT & SOUL, , , ,
|
|
If you, your heart/spirit, looked:
at all your bad points
and at all the bad you’d
done,
you’d hate it all.
|
|
|
This hatred is:
internal guilt, felt guilt.
|
|
|
Internal guilt, felt guilt, disappears
only when all of your:
bad points
& bad done,
have been:
fixed/healed/paid
for/superseded/made up for/etc,
by you/others/time
passing/God
in this life or the next.
|
|
THE GUILT WE
DON’T FEEL
|
You may say:
“Surely, Jesus’ Punishment,
in our place,
took away
my felt guilt.
So I should feel nothing,
should be like the following diagram.”
|
|
|
But I say:
“Jesus’ Punishment took
away:
the long arrow,
your guilt before God,
the guilt outside you,
the guilt you don’t
feel.
Jesus’ Punishment did not take away:
the short arrows,
your guilt before
yourself,
the guilt inside you,
the guilt you feel.
It’s
still there.

The Son existed,
in the past,
only because he
travelled back in time.
See earlier section:
HOW JESUS EXISTED
BEFORE HE WAS BORN., ,
|
The grey area, in God,
was his bad, yet right, quality
of hating all that’s wrong in us.
Perhaps see earlier section:
GOOD & BAD, RIGHT & WRONG.
and earlier webpage:
The
good & bad
that God does. , ,
|
God won’t need
a grey area
for bad to be done
to us
on Judgment Day.
See later webpage:

where we go. , ,

|
YOU FEEL ONLY
THE SHORT ARROWS
|
|
If you broke the law, and the police caught
you
and you were found guilty:
The courtroom judge would
say:
“You are guilty.”
But you may, or may not, feel guilty
quite independently of this.
|
|
Likewise, if you’ve ever done anything wrong,
however small:
God would say: “You are
guilty.” (the long arrow)
But, you may, or may not, feet
guilty (the short arrows)
quite independently of this.
Though, actually, this would’ve been two-thousand years ago or more,
when the long arrows still existed, before Jesus took them from us.

THE LOGIC OF THE CROSS
|
|
Your heart/spirit:
Hates, wants to destroy,
all your bad points.
Though only in order to
rebuild your soul
with only good points.
|
|
|
|
|
Likewise, up until two-thousand years ago,
God too:
Hated, wanted to destroy,
all your bad points.
Though only in order to
rebuild your soul
with only good points.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Then, two-thousand years ago:
the Son took
the Father’s hatred of all
our bad points.
|
|
|
|
|
Hence
the Father stopped
wanting to correct us.
|
|
|
|
|
So
now, whether we change or not
is a matter of:
Our
choice.

, , , We choose where we go. ,,,,,
Our free will.
, , , , Perhaps see first two
sections
, , , , of later
webpage: The
will, and the free will. ,,,,,
It’s
now up to us to correct ourselves:
Using the power &
guidance
that
God’s indwelling Spirit
gives
believers now.
Using the power that
God will give
to
everyone else
on Judgment Day.

|
Jesus,
God’s Son, made:
all of us,
past present &
future,
, See first
section of earlier webpage:
, Time
travel occurs in Heaven.,,,,,
holy in his Father’s eyes.
That’s how the Father was able to give:
his Holy Spirit
to all of us.
, For my
definition of the word ‘holy’
, see earlier
section: FIRST
COMPLAINT.,,,,,
|
|
Mind you, even though God gave his Spirit
to everyone:
Only those who’ve accepted Jesus’ sayings:
“forgive all
who’ve hurt you”,
“love your
(personal) enemies”,
etc,
will accept help to do those things,
namely from God’s Spirit.
Only those who’ve accepted
the Son
also accept the Spirit.
The Spirit makes no sense to
unbelievers.
John
c14 v16-17:
And
I will pray the Father, and he shall give you
another Comforter,
that he may abide with you for ever;
even the Spirit of
truth; whom the world cannot receive,
because it seeth
him not, neither knoweth him:
but ye know him; for he
dwelleth with you,
and shall be in you. KJV

THIS IS A
TECHNICAL SITE
|
|
The Bible often says that:
Jesus was Punished for our sins. actions/verbs/processes
,, 1 Cor c15 v3 Gal c1 v4 Heb c1 v3 1 Pet c2 v24 1 John c1 v7
etc
And this communicates the gospel perfectly
to the common man:
actions are indeed a fair
measure
of the structure that
produced them.
|
|
But, technically speaking:
it was our bad points
objects/nouns/structures
that
produce our sins actions/verbs/processes
that Jesus was Punished for.
Jesus was Punished in our place. Matt c20 v28, , .
